Great start of 2024, and A better year in 2025
It has been nearly a month since PATS2024, and the ViolaPets team finally has time to review the first official gathering of IV SAN BERNARD UK.
The relationship between ViolaPets and the Italian high-end skin care brand IV SAN BERNARD began in the fall of 2023. As a brand that aims to provide the best services and products for pets, ViolaPets Salon has been positioned to provide pets with skin care since its preparation. Therefore, the VP team has also conducted a detailed investigation of various brands in the world, and Iv San Bernard stood out. The main reason is that Iv San Bernard is not only a brand of pet cosmetics, but more importantly, this Italian brand has established a set of skin care theories based on dermatology, and the production of various product lines is also aimed at various problems that may occur on pet skin. In addition, Iv San Bernard is currently one of the very few pet care products that has obtained the EU "Safe Pet Cosmetics" certification, so bringing Iv San Bernard to the UK has become ViolaPets' main goal at the end of 2023.
After the initial contact with Iv San Bernard, the Italian headquarters was impressed by ViolaPets' plan and love for pets, so they were willing to have further discussions with ViolaPets. Therefore, the VP team went to Italy for two days of negotiations in November 2023 and successfully obtained the exclusive distributing rights in the UK. Although the agency rights start from January 1, 2024, ViolaPets' philosophy has always been to do everything for pets, so we are not in a hurry to carry out commercial publicity. All of us went to Italy in January to receive skin care theory training and washing and care practical training from Monique, the chief technical expert of Iv San Bernard. After that, VP's groomers also went to Italy twice to receive two months of systematic training and officially became Iv San Bernard groomers. After half a year of preparation and in-depth study of the entire product line, ViolaPets Salon was officially opened to everyone. During this period, it not only provided amazing washing and care services, but also solved many skin problems. Some of these cases were not effectively treated by veterinarians, and our Iv San Bernard Treatment successfully solved these skin problems. Therefore, Iv San Bernard UK also became a sponsor of The Great British Grooming Show and attracted the attention of many local Groomers.
PATS2024 is the first time that the IV SAN BERNARD UK team has officially introduced products and skin care knowledge to the public. Our team has also received enthusiastic consultations from all parties and successfully established many new cooperations. What makes the ViolaPets team most happy is that although many Groomers currently overlook the importance of washing and skin care, and simply equate washing and care with washing and shaving, after listening to our careful explanation, they have begun to realize the importance of skin care. Healthy skin will provide pets with the most perfect hair and the most complete protection.
In 2025, ViolaPets will lead IV SAN BERNARD UK to carry out more activities and bring skin care knowledge to more corners. Our goal is to promote and popularize skin care knowledge, and ultimately enable more pets to get the most correct wash and healthiest skin care!
距离PATS2024已经近一个月，ViolaPets团队也终于有时间可以为IV SAN BERNARD UK的第一次正式集结进行回顾。
ViolaPets与意大利高端洗护品牌IV SAN BERNARD的缘分始于2023年秋天。作为一个定位于为宠物提供最优质服务和产品的品牌，ViolaPets Salon从筹备伊始就定位于为宠物提供洗护和皮毛问题调理，因此VP团队也对目前世界上的各个品牌进行了详细调研，而Iv San Bernard也脱颖而出。主要原因就是Iv San Bernard不仅仅是一个洗护产品的品牌，更重要的是这个意大利老牌建立了一套以皮肤科学为基础的皮毛调理理论，而各个产品线的产生也都是为了针对宠物皮肤可能出现的各类问题，加上Iv San Bernard是目前极少数的获得了欧盟“Safe Pet Cosmetics"认证的宠物洗护产品，因此把Iv San Bernard带到英国也称为了ViolaPets2023年末的主要目标。
在与Iv San Bernard进行了初步接触之后，意大利总部对ViolaPets的计划和对宠物的爱印象深刻，因此也愿意与ViolaPets进行进一步的磋商，因此VP团队在2023年11月份前往意大利进行为期两天的谈判，并且成功获得了英国的独家代理权。虽然代理权是从2024年1月1日开始，但是ViolaPets的哲学从来都是一切为宠物己任，因此我们并没有着急进行商业宣传，而且全体都在一月份前往意大利接受了Iv San Bernard首席皮毛调理专家Monique的皮毛调理理论培训和洗护的实操培训，此后VP的洗护师也前后两次前往意大利接受了为期两个月的系统培训，正式成为了Iv San Bernard的皮毛调理师。而经历了半年的准备和对整个产品线的深入学习，ViolaPets Salon也正式面向大家开放，期间不仅仅提供了令人惊叹的洗护服务，并且解决了众多皮毛问题，其中一些案例在兽医那里都没有得到有效治疗，而我们的Iv San Bernard Treatment成功地解决了这些皮肤问题。因此Iv San Bernard UK也成为了The Great British Grooming Show的赞助商，并且受到了众多本地Groomer的关注。
PATS2024则是IV SAN BERNARD UK团队第一次正式面向大众来介绍产品并且介绍皮毛调理知识。而我们的团队也受到了各方的踊跃咨询，成功建立了不少新的合作。最令ViolaPets团队欣喜的是，虽然目前不少Groomer都忽略了洗护的重要性，将洗护简单等同于洗干净然后进行剃毛，但是在听了我们的认真讲解之后，都开始意识到皮毛护理的重要性，因为健康的皮肤将为宠物提供最完美的毛发，同时最完备的保护。
2025年ViolaPets将会带领IV SAN BERNARD UK进行更多的活动并且将皮毛调理和护理知识带到更多的角落，我们的目标是将皮毛护理知识推广和普及，最终能够让更多的宠物获得最正确最健康的皮毛护理！
